Jim has been servicing our A/C, heater and hot water heater for years! He provides exceptional service with reasonable prices. Jim takes the time to explain the services he provided, along with recommendations/considerations to keep things operating as expected. Trust and expertise are my top two priorities when it comes to developing service relationships and Jim ranks #1 in my book in both of these areas. (P.S.) His schedule can be super busy, but clearly there's a reason for that. If you get annual maintenance done, then you'll have few emergencies 😉

I've hired Jim to work on a couple repairs for me, and he has done excellent, efficient work both times. One was an air conditioning repair, and the other was evaluating and fixing a gas fireplace. Jim is great about checking in with you and letting you know when he'll arrive, so you're not waiting around all day or for a large window of time. I believe Jim provides excellent service at a fair cost, and he is very knowledgeable and honest when discussing repair options with you, and what you may need in the future. This being said, I would definitely recommend Jim to others!

Air conditioning went suddenly in 100 degree weather and Jim came right out replaced the condenser and had me up and running in hours. Incredibly clean, conscience and respectful of my home and affordable. HIGHLY recommended
